Jubilee Cupcakes

God save the Queen or at least as long as I get great Jubilee cupcakes from Natalie. These simple but totally tasty cupcakes were created for the kids’ Jubilee Day cake sales at school yesterday.

Light and fluffy vanilla sponge, a swirl of Natalie’s unique frosting which is so light it almost floats and topped with crunchy little sugar sprinkles.

Clearly they didn’t all make it to school, nom nom nom.
